All windows and ventilators will be UPVC with Plain Glass Shutters.

Flooring

2' X 2' Vitrified tiles for all rooms, Ceramic tiles for "Tailets".

Dadooing

Dadooing with glazed tiles upto 7'0" height in all toilets & Upto 4'0" height above the kitchen platform.

Painting

Interior "walls" with emulsion paint over fully putty. Door and "freams" will be with synthetic enamel paint.

Kitchen

Granite table top with edge polished, S.S.sink with drain board.

Electrical

Three phase service with MCB and modular switches, Electrical outlets for A/C in master bedroom, Water heater in all toilets,Washing machine, Fridge, Mixer grinder, T.V. Outlets.

Plumbing

Ordinary color EWC in all toilets along with ISI standard C.P Fittings.
